I really didn't want to do this. I didn't want to write a blog. I had zero interest in writing anything to put on my website that would fall into the blog category. A combo of imposter syndrome and fear was stopping me. I ask my clients to be aware of their negative self-talk or limiting beliefs, and yet I was so resistant to engaging with my own self-talk when it came to blogging. But, when I was finally ready to confront my stuckness, it became clear that I was holding onto
