We do not just dig into the challenges holding the leaders back (although we do that too), we get clear on each leader's unique vision for themselves, the goals that are critical to their success, and their areas of strength.
Using this framework, we develop a program that suits your group's needs.

Why Work With Me?
There was a time when my own work as a lawyer looked fine from the outside, but I did not feel right on the inside. I struggled with imposter syndrome and a lack of confidence. I felt unfulfilled and uncertain about the next steps to take. I went through the motions, did what I was supposed to do, and still felt a sense that something was missing. What I was missing was confidence, leadership skills and ownership over my craft.
That experience gave me a real window into what separates a functional or fine leader, from one that from a place of confidence, authenticity, ownership, and vision for their work.
And today, as a certified career coach, I bring both that lived understanding and professional training to help every group I work with move out of those frustrations.
If I am gifted at one thing, it is asking questions of and listening with curiosity. I combine my natural skills set with positive psychology, neuroscience, and proven coaching methods to guide our work together through a clear three-step process. What to expect with leadership coaching?
Step 1: The Diagnostic and the Plan
We get really clear on what you are seeking for the group. We dig into questions including:
1) Who is this group and how do they overlap?
2) What are your goals for your group?
2) What are your group's current growth areas and pain points?
3) What are your group's natural strengths?
4) What is the culture you would like to cultivate through our work?
5) What would it look like to invest in your group's growth right now?
Based on what you are seeking for your group, we come up with a program that aligns your goals and investment ability.
Step 2: Collaborative Designing
Now that we know your goals, we can design the program that makes sense for your group. Perhaps we are designing quarterly workshops for the whole staff or a summer retreat for leaders. Perhaps we decide to run monthly coaching sessions for the leadership team, a one-off workshop for a group of professional moms, or a whole team assessment. Maybe it's a combo platter? The options are endless because we customize the program to your group's unique needs, goals, and areas for growth.
We set three prep meetings to flesh out our ideas, develop the nitty gritty details, identify the most effective accountability measures, and ensure the programming will meet your team's needs.
Step 3: Action, Assessment, Refinement
We put the program into action! I facilitate the programming based on the conversations we have had and the goals you have identified. Throughout the programming your group will have opportunities to provide feedback so that we can adapt as we go.
Leadership coaching is not always linear or simple, but I stay with you through the process. I ask the right questions, offer support and perspective, and help your group stay focused on steady progress toward its goals.
