The inception of Shira Baron Coaching began when Shira, the founder, asked herself a pivotal question: "Do I want to work in my current profession forever?" This query led her to hire a career coach, ultimately leaving her career as a public interest attorney. Shira became a certified Co-Active Coach and launched Shira Baron Coaching.

Shira quickly realized that many of her peers grappled with similar questions about their careers: "Do I want to stay in my current role?" "Do I want to lead my team this way?" "What do I truly want to achieve?" Recognizing this widespread need for clarity, Shira combined her legal background with her passion for cognitive and positive psychology to create a unique approach to career and leadership coaching.

Shira Baron Coaching empowers clients in both one-on-one sessions and group coaching to gain crystal-clear insight into their career aspirations and barriers. Shira works with clients to develop actionable, methodical plans to achieve their goals, ensuring a structured and manageable path to success and effective leadership.
